Aidan Sands KC is a King’s Counsel in practice at the Bar of Northern Ireland. He had a broad public law practice with a caseload focused on the areas of public law, employment, equality and discrimination law. 

He is a member of the government civil panel and has acted in a wide range of immigration and asylum judicial reviews at High Court and appellate level.
